I need to collect my Airauto rental car. How do I get to the office in Faro Airport?
1. One of our Airauto representatives will welcome you at the meeting point at car park P4. See pictures.
2. P4 can be found easily if, after exiting the terminal, you follow the "Pre-Booking Rent-a-Car" signs.
3. Then, we will take you from park P4 to the Airauto office (which is located just 300 m from there) by shuttle.
4. All rental procedures will be settled at the office.
How do I return the rental car?
1. The drop off location is the same park P4 where you previously collected the car from.

2. A representative is always in park P4 to assist with the return procedure.
